St James Feast Day

On Saturday afternoon we celebrated St James Feast Day with the parish. It was a lovely celebration that highlights the important partnership between our school and the parish. We are so fortunate to have Father Francis lead our community. He is a passionate man of faith, who is always willing to work with our school to ensure our students experience engaging and meaningful faith experiences. Our school is so grateful for Father Francis.

On Monday, we celebrated our St James Feast Day. As Father Francis explained, our Feast Day is a celebration, similar to a birthday. We celebrate another year that contributes to our story and history. On Monday our school celebrated Mass, completed art activities and had a sausage sizzle for lunch. It was a wonderful day, celebrating our school and remembering how Saint James, dedicated his life to follow Jesus.

Over the past two weeks we have had quite a few celebrations. Our amazing and supportive P & F have been working tirelessly behind the scenes. They worked to create a wonderful celebration with our parish and then supplied a sausage sizzle for our children on Monday. Our school would not be the place that it is without these wonderful people. Thank you for all that you do for our school and most importantly our students!
